Once our team has reviewed your HVAC request(s), we will reach out to you for further discussion & options on scheduling your appointment.
All service appointments are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
ESTIMATE ONLY REQUESTS:
Any and all estimate requests will receive (1) FREE site visit for project review & bidding.
Site visits are often required to ensure that we are considering all components needed for your desired system, while also evaluating the best design and course of installation. This helps us to dial in the detail and provide solid estimate numbers for your review & acceptance.

Once your Service visit has been scheduled & performed, our technician's will recommend any necessary or preventative repairs, if and as found needed for your current system.
No recommendations....you are set for the season, with peace of mind and a comfy space to live / work in.

After you receive your finalized and formal estimate generated from your FREE Site Visit, it is time to REVIEW, ACCEPT & INSTALL!
If Patriot is the right fit for you, you will accept your contract agreement and leave the rest to us! We will work to order all your equipment & provide you with timelines for a clean, precise, and professional installation.
